🛀 Facilities and 🏊🏻♂️ Amenities:: KOA is managed by the staff at the Days Inn and Suites. Campers have access to all hotel facilities and amenities to include the onsite restaurant, gym, and pools. The KOA also has several additional amenities that include an amphitheater, laundry facilities, comfort stations, playground, dog park and hiking trail.

🚧 Road Condition: Good; roads are a little tight for big rigs once in the campground. Overall manageable, just take it slow.

With an average price of $55 per night, this campground provides full hookup pull-through sites suitable for RVs up to 85 feet, with 50 amp service. The beautiful, wooded setting and clean, well-maintained facilities make it an attractive stop. Pros include easy access from I-79 (Exit 67), access to Days Inn amenities (pool, restaurant), and a dog-friendly environment with a dog park. However, steep roads within the campground can be challenging for large RVs, some sites may be unlevel, and Wi-Fi can be unreliable. RV sites offer full hookups with pull-through options, while tent sites and limited cabins are also available. The staff is friendly and helpful, with check-in at the adjacent Days Inn. Overall, Flatwoods KOA is great option offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere close to I-79 and local attractions like Sutton Lake and New River Gorge.
