โ๏ธ General Feedback / Review: Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Deer Creek State Park in Utah! The campground was clean, quiet, and surrounded by stunning mountain viewsโperfect for a relaxing basecamp. What really made this spot stand out, though, was its central location.
From the park, we were able to take easy day trips to places like Heber City, Midway, and Park City, all within a short drive. We explored the Utah Crater, hiked the beautiful Cascade Springs, rode the Heber Valley Railroad, and even made it out to the museums at Thanksgiving Point and Salt Lake City. It felt like every day brought a new adventure without having to tow our RV again.
The sites themselves were spacious and well-maintained, with fantastic views of the reservoir and mountains. Even though we didnโt focus much on water activities, we loved evening walks along the lake and watching the stars come out over the valley.
