🐶 Pets: We don’t have any, but they are allowed as long as they are leashed. They have a large pet park and plenty of areas to walk.

🛰️ Starlink Accessibility: Our NE access was partially blocked. Several sites throughout the park have tree coverage and can potentially be a challenge for Starlink. We positioned our Gen2 flat and had no issues.

👀 Site selection/location assistance: The office provided a map and escort to the site upon check-in. Our site was elevated, so approach shoring had to be used due to the length of our rig.

🚧 Road Condition: Good; easy access both in and out. Mixed gravel and paved.

Gas: Chevron (1 mile). The closest TSD Open Road’s station is TA Travel Center (15 miles).

Located near the beautiful Canyon Lake, the park provides easy access to water activities and scenic views. It caters specifically to families by having various themed events, a water playground, swimming pools, mini-golf, and numerous outdoor recreational areas. Accommodation options range from RV sites to cabin rentals. The park typically offers a full schedule of activities, especially on weekends and during peak seasons, including meet and greets with Yogi Bear™ characters, organized games, arts and crafts sessions, and movie nights. Its location also allows for easy access to other activities such as water sports on Canyon Lake, hiking trails in the surrounding Texas Hill Country, and close proximity to various nearby attractions.
